At Happier Camper, we want you to love your adventure-ready gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print it to attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailer, affix the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
